Training and Internships

In 2005, as a small startup company, we did not yet have the opportunity to act as trainers beyond setting up and establishing the company.

It took 3 years until we were able to welcome our first student intern. In the same year, we also hosted an intern from France for a practical semester accompanied by studies at the University of Orléans.

Many interns have gained insights

- as short-term employees

- in voluntary company internships

- in mandatory company internships

- in study-accompanying internships

- or as student interns

into our work, During some study-accompanying internships, bachelor's or master's theses were thematically supervised by mas. As a state recognized apprenticeship employer we mentor apprentices in a cooperative education program with the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität. But due to our company size, we only support one apprentice per training period.

And we are pleased that in some cases our interns have found their way into laboratory training, chemistry studies, and eventually employment in our company.
