Working at mas
...with a package of benefits in no particular order :-)
To be honest, we haven't yet considered whether we should list certain benefits on our website that might contribute to the "well-being" of our team members beyond salary.
Nevertheless, a lot has "come together" recently, although the order of the description should not imply a ranking (as everyone evaluates it differently anyway).
We present it here in prose as seen by the colleagues:
mas | münster analytical solutions gmbh began its success story in 2005 at the Technologiehof in Münster with four founders. Since then, a lot has changed, but much has remained the same. In 2017, mas relocated its headquarters to a central new building on Wilhelm-Schickard-Straße. The focus continues on the analysis of dioxins, PCBs, PAHs, PCTs, PCNs, MOSH/MOAH, etc.
At mas, there are diverse activities that enable and require independent action. We are a great team with flat hierarchies. We enjoy a mutual high level of trust and unity. Training opportunities are provided, and there are prospects for advancement.
Of course, there is a company-supported pension plan, but also a bonus payment for company success, supplementary corporate health insurance, a subsidy for computer glasses, the option to lease a bicycle through JobRad, and participation in company sports (badminton). We also enjoy celebrating together, for example at the annual Christmas party and a summer festival.
We provide free coffee, tea and water und a rich fresh fruit/vegetable basket every Monday. We have flexible working hours with core hours from 8.30 am to 4 pm, which can be deviated from by arrangement. In some areas, mobile working is possible. Of course, all lab work needs to be carried out on site. And last but not least, it should be mentioned that we have parking spaces and bicycle parking spots right outside the door.
It remains: we are a small team of 26 colleagues and stand for customer proximity and competence.
