Technology Location Münster

Münster's profile as a technology hub is closely linked to the scientific potential of its university and polytechnic. The universities have played a decisive role in establishing Münster as a recognized research and technology centre. Together, the universities, the city, transfer institutions, and local technology companies are working to economically leverage the enormous scientific potential in higher education. The goal of all stakeholders is to further develop Münster as a renowned technology location.

Founded in 2005 at the Technologiehof Münster, the successful technology and start-up centre in one of the world's most livable cities (LivCom Award 2004), mas has steadily grown and, in 2017, moved to a new 1,500 m² building on Wilhelm-Schickard-Strasse in the Technology Park Münster.

mas continues to enjoy collaborating with the polytechnic. Trainees benefit from a cooperative education program in partnership with the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität. mas is also pleased to regularly offer students and school interns insight into laboratory practice.
